Oysters Kilpatrick


  • 12 half shell oysters
  • 3 rashers bacon - use the fat too
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco
  • Salt & pepper

If anyone ever told you this was difficult, they were lying. This takes literally ten minutes, just be careful you don't over do the oysters and dry them out - all you need to do is warm them I like a dash of tabasco too. Couldn't be easier


  1. Top each oyster with a dash of Worcestershire sauce and chopped bacon (Tabasco if you’re so inclined) and salt and pepper to taste
  2. Sprinkle with pepper and bake in an oven pre heated to 200C for eight to ten minutes
